Saeed Khatibzadeh, head of Iran's Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS), took to his X account to reflect on the 2025 Tehran Dialogue Forum. In his tweet, he described the event as taking place in a "distinctly different atmosphere," noting that the shifting dynamics across the region and beyond are more evident than ever.

Khatibzadeh emphasized the emergence of a "palpable grassroots appetite" for a new paradigm and a transformed global order. He also expressed gratitude to all participants, thanking them for lending their voices and helping shape what he called a "promising and heartening moment in Tehran."
